May supervise other clerical staff. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:* Provides receptionist, clerical and administrative secretarial support* Coordinates the preparation of budgets, reports, data collection, data entry, data research and analysis, programs, and distribution of reports* Greets customers and handles and/or facilitates problem resolution* Types and copies, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, arranges corporate travel, records minutes of corporate meetings, screens and redirects mail, orders supplies, prepares requisitions and work orders, and files/maintains files* The Administrative Assistant reports to assigned leader.Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources:* Requires read only access to various HRIS applications. Strict maintenance of confidentiality required.This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.Please consult the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for additional information. Normal office environment.All applicants will receive consideration regardless of membership in any protected status as defined by applicable state or federal law, including protected veteran or disability status.* Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience or associate's degree and 3 years of secretarial experience or 5 years secretarial experience* Training in secretarial procedures through formal education or by experience* Previous legal secretarial experience, if applicable* Experience with Microsoft Office* Must be able to communicate effectively in English* IBMC Administration Office Only: Notary Public licensure required within 180 days of hire
