Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage incoming calls and direct appropriately
- Prepare monthly invoices and ensure timely client balance satisfaction
- Oversee office supply replenishment and file management (both electronic and paper)
- Handle new client calls, schedule consultations, and maintain attorney calendars
- Communicate with courts regarding client files and conduct case-specific research
- Assist attorneys and paralegal with administrative tasks, including document drafting and trial preparation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Word, PDF, and adaptable to new databases
- Client-facing role requires strong interpersonal skills and phone comfort
- NYS Notary Public is a plus
