- Act as a liaison between design and construction, capital improvements, campus services, all other areas of the hospital, and as a contact for all outside contractors and vendors.
- Heavy calendar management
- Supports 5 leaders
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year experience in administrative role
- Hospital experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task with various leaders/projects
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
