This locally owned company values experience and is eager to welcome a new member to their close-knit team. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and owner relations, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
- Handle reservations, email correspondence, and scheduling with various vendors
- Conduct out-of-office fieldwork, such as property inspections, inventory management, and deliveries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management is advantageous
- Proficiency in property management software, computer literacy (including Office 365 and Excel), and a positive attitude are highly valued
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
- While a property manager's license or real estate sales license is preferred, it is not mandatory
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reside on Hilton Head or within a 20-minute drive to the South End of Hilton Head
