Fisher Auto Parts, Incorporated is an at will employer. NOTE: This position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Purchasing and does not supervise others. SUMMARY: This role will work directly with and support the Vice President, Corporate Purchasing, Facilities Maintenance Manager and the Fleet Manager. This will include routine interaction with our internal customers, our vendors and gathering and dispersing various types of information via phone, email, etc., as well as entering this information and other data into the system. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Assistant will:
- Communicate as needed/assigned with all vendors and employees to gather and collect data.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Work on projects assigned by the Vice President, Corporate Purchasing

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertinent to the company.
- Able to assist with organizational training and development programs.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver's Handbooks.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.
- Submission of a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Maintain acceptable/consistent attendance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted;
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop; Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must have considerable mobility, and able to stand and/or sit for long durations of time.
