Administrative AssistantLocation: AuburnSchedule: Onsite, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMPay Range: $21 - $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project management teams in organizing and tracking project timelines, materials, labor, and resources.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support in creating and reviewing project budgets, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Analyze and track project performance, identifying any variances between actual and estimated costs.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project needs are met.
- Help in the preparation of progress reports, identifying milestones and addressing potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during all phases of the project.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining project-related documents.
- Troubleshoot project-related problems and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
