We are searching for an Office Administrative Assistant who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task, prioritize and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the real estate process from the initial listing appointment to the closing date, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing documents and ensuring compliance, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling open houses, tracking listing feedback and managing the contract to close process. This role is designed to offer significant growth and advancement opportunities, including the potential to advance into leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all listing information including pre-listing folders, listing documents, property photography, and inputting all listing information into the MLS.
  • Update the social media pages: Facebook & Instagram daily with listings, closings, community events, and team events.
  • Manage MLS listings once homes are coming soon, listed, under contract and closed.
  • Arrange open houses with the team and advertise.
  • Manage the contract-to-close process - Weekly client updates, coordinating inspections, scheduling walk-through and closing.
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work full-time in the office, Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. This is not a remote position.
  • Real estate, transaction coordination, title, or mortgage experience required (Starting pay will be based on industry experience)
  • An associate college degree required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has advanced computer & typing skills and is proficient in Google Workspace
