You'll be:• Providing front-line technical support, information, and solutions to customers on product related inquiries, issues, and concerns• Assisting customers via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction• Handling general product questions, availability, compatibility inquiries• Addressing product issues/complaints for Ag, Residential and Commercial Turf, and Golf products• Assisting with warranty registration and providing out of warranty assistance• Conducting parts and publications lookups• Supporting Loyalty Rewards programs• Reporting to the Enterprise Contact Center teamThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills• Possess strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills• Have at least 6 months of customer service/support experience• Are proficient with Microsoft Office products• Have strong computer, research, and troubleshooting skills• Are available to work support hours and occasional holidays to support the businessWhat happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
