Job Description :

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with executives, board members, and donors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions and matters.
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Oversee calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of appointments.
  • Prepare materials and ensure readiness for meetings and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, 2 years of experience (internship included)
  • Experience must come from the nonprofit sector or religious institution
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
