Job Description :

Financial Trust Company on the Upper East Side seeks to hire a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Assistant. This role will be in office 5 days and hours are 9 - 5 or 6 depending on the day with additional flexibility to go in early or stay late. Must have 2+ years of prior Administrative Assistant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and scheduling.
  • Book travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Manage company contacts.
  • Reconcile expenses.
  • Manage documents and couriers as necessary.
  • Assist with any company administrative housekeeping.
  • Assist with replenishing and organizing office supplies.
  • Assist with overall office management and maintenance.
  • Assist with tracking new business.
  • Assist with research projects related to business development.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role
  • Degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • International experience and proficiency in Spanish is an advantage

Compensation:

  • DOE up to $70k
  • Health insurance - health, dental, vision

  • 15 days PTO
