This includes managing the day-to-day office tasks, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, and should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilitiesâ ¢ Provide administrative support to the Health Services Administrator, Assistant HSA, and Director of Nursing, including updating personnel records and supervising clerical staff.â ¢ Manage and maintain statistical data, inventory, and ordering of clerical supplies and forms.â ¢ Assist with payroll functions, including verification of time cards and coordination with corporate office.â ¢ Verify accuracy of off-site bills and prepare reports as directed by HSA.â ¢ Assist in job shadowing, orientation, and training of new employees as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsEducationHigh school graduateBachelors or Associate Degree, preferredExperienceOne (1) year of experience working in an office environment, or completion of business courses with certificationPrevious correctional/detention facility experienceTwo (2) years of experience working in an office environment, or completion of business courses with certificationExperience with monitoring and tracking employees' hours and schedulingExperience with scheduling appointments and follow up with patient care (or Medical Front Office experience)Experience using timekeeping and scheduling software, or ability to learnExperience using Electronic Medical Record systems, or ability to learnLicenses/CertificationsCurrent (and must maintain) lifesaving BLS certification through AHAWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
