Administrative Assistant - Overland Park, Kansas

Archer is a technology company that provides Integrated Risk Management software solutions to other organizations. Non-technical users can automate processes, streamline workflow, control user access, tailor the user interface, and report in real-time using the point-and click interface to build and manage business applications. Archer has been the leading risk management softwareplatform for over 20 years, including acquisitions by RSA, Dell, Symphony Technology Group, and Cinven who launched Archer as an independent business unit.

Archer is currently seeking a part time Administrative Assistant for our world headquarters to perform administrative support and facility coordination duties for the Overland Park, Kansas office. Principal accountabilities include:

* Overseeing reception of visitors

* Supporting office meetings, including coordination of catering

* Making travel arrangements

* Submitting expense reports on behalf of executives

* Coordinating payment of utilities and shipping providers

* Maintaining office cleanliness and supplies

* Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO

Responsibilities

* Reports to Senior Director responsible for global facility management

* Works in the Overland Park office on Monday afternoons and all day Tuesday and Wednesday each week

* Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations

* Orders and stocks office supplies

* Ensures overall cleanliness of the office beyond janitorial duties performed by the landlord

* Handles mail and shipping needs upon request, some of which may be of a confidential or sensitive nature

* Coordinates building access codes for new hires located in the Overland Park, Kansas office

* Supports managers across all functions in hosting meetings and events at the office, including occasional catering needs

* Makes travel and lodging arrangements as required

* Submits expense reports on behalf of executives as required

* Screens and receives office visitors

* Coordinates and implements special projects, maintains confidential files, attends staff meetings and documents as well distributes meeting notes and follow-up action items

* Performs other duties as required

Skills

* Basic knowledge of software programs including Windows an MS Office applications

* Ability to operate standard office equipment

* Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills

* Good time management skills

* Ability to work independently

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational skills
