Summary/ObjectiveSkyline Restoration Inc is looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to join our team! As an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator, you will support executives through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This role is a temporary position (4 months).Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Responsible to provide logistical support and departmental deliverables coordination for the Skyline executive team, specifically supporting the Skyline President.
  • Administrative and Project Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate interviews and walkthroughs, update project timelines, handle correspondence, and process invoices for reimbursement. Oversee travel arrangements, task assignments, and ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Event Coordination and Communication: Organize corporate events, manage logistics, and develop promotional materials. Maintain relationships with sponsors, vendors, and clients. Assist with PowerPoint presentations, branding initiatives, and data management, while ensuring effective communication within teams and stakeholders. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Provides other administrative support functions including answering and directing phone calls, responding to email communications.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and needed.

  • 5+ years of proven admin or assistant experience
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred in Business Administration, Communication or similar field.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings
