Administrative Assistant - Right-to-Build
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
* Compile application packages including printing plans, reports and other associated materials for submittal to townships
* Prepare bid analysis summaries and write Purchase Orders within the company accounting system including preparing check requests
* Scanning drawings and project reports
* Document control & organization; set up and maintain project files including drawings, logs, progress photos, reports, permits and correspondence
* Coordinate new vendor set ups with Insurance Department
* Provide project administrative support including assisting with permits, mandatory notices, and distribution of construction documents to appropriate parties as required.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience. Construction experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to multitask as this position would require the support of multiple projects.
* Must have strong people skills and work well in a team environment.
* Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay Range
$23.00-$28.00 Hourly
