**What you will do:**
+ Document development
+ Organizing review council with carry through to finalizing documents and posting online.
+ Assistant supports multiple administrators with scheduling, office/project work, interact with clinical and administration.
**Must be able to be** :
+ Organized: Able to navigate, coordinate and store work in an organized fashion.
+ Flexible: Able to juggle multiple tasks in any given day
+ Personable: Able to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals (administrators and clinicians)
+ Integrity and Confidentiality: Able to distinguish levels of confidentiality with information
**Requirements:**
+ HS diploma required. Certificate program or AAS in medical administration preferred
+ Medical terminology is required.
**Preferred Experience;**
+ Solid computer skills, including MS word, MS Outlook,
+ Email & file management, basic Excel, and other on-line administrative software tools.
+ Solid communication skills and ability to be flexible to achieve organizational goals.
+ Medical office experience preferred
+ Strong computer skills and pleasant phone manners

Pay Range - $16.20- $20.75
_Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. _
