Join Our Team: Administrative and Marketing Support Coordinator Are you an organized, detail-driven, and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A leading remodeler is looking for a full-timeAdministrative and Marketing Support Coordinator to support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams while keeping our business running smoothly. What You Will Do Administrative and Clerical Support Maintain records, process invoices, draft correspondence, and assist with scheduling Answer calls, direct inquiries, and greet visitors professionally Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and filing Assist the Operations Manager and field personnel with various office tasks Marketing and Customer Engagement Maintain web hosting, email systems, and social media platforms Assist with marketing tasks, including advertising schedules and strategy planning Coordinate media meetings and oversee marketing materials Support customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via email Assist with Building Permit Assist with HOA Drawings Assist with Inspection Results Financial and Office Management Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with bank and credit card reconciliations Monitor customer accounts for payments and discrepancies Ensure vendor and subcontractor compliance, including insurance, W9s, and licensing Maintain company credit card records and expense reports Operations and Special Projects Organize company training, including materials, booklets, and PowerPoint presentations. Plan and coordinate company events and lunches Support HR functions, including employee benefits and documentation Run errands for management and step in where needed Assistance with Company and Employee Compliance What We Are Looking For Two or more years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or customer service, preferably in the construction industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Office 365, and QuickBooks Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently A self-starter who can step in where needed and keep things moving efficiently Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license required Full-time - Monday through Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM - Onsite - Not Remote We are a Drug Free Work-Place.
