It's Grace Fellowship's goal to see our community continually moving forward in their journey towards being Christ-centered. Grace Fellowship has 3 locations; Latham, Halfmoon, and Saratoga. How You Will Serve at Grace: Position Summary Located at the Latham campus and reporting to the Pastor of Missions, the person in this role will provide varied administrative support to the Missions Coordinator. The expectation is that this position typically works 15 hours per week, which is a Category B position for the church. Category B means the incumbent will work less than 20 regularly scheduled hours per week. Primary Responsibilities

  • Authorize expenditures through electronic system
  • Purchase approved items necessary for mission trips
  • Process all incoming monetary support from trip participants and other contributors
  • Maintain records in database and pull reports, as needed
  • Revise and distribute documents relevant to mission's work
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Copy, collate, and maintain mission trip hand out material

  • Associate's degree from a 2-year college and/or sufficient related experience
  • A positive attitude and desire to help others
  • A vibrant relationship with Jesus and an active Covenant Member of Grace Fellowship
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Docs

  • Salvation by Grace: The blood shed by Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only grounds for salvation of all who believe. Only those who receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become the children of God
  • The Physical Return of Christ: The personal and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ is our blessed hope and has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer
  • The Bodily Resurrection: There will be a bodily resurrection of all the dead. The believer will be welcomed to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, and the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting, conscious punishment
  • The Church: The true Church consists of all such persons who, through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the Body of Christ of which He is the Head
