Tull School of Accounting with a variety of administrative tasks supporting the School's MAcc and BBA Programs, including, but not limited to, assisting with: communications with current and prospective BBA and MAcc students; collection of accreditation and assessment data; communications with recruiters and employers; scheduling facilities for Tull School events and programming; execution of Tull School events; administration of the MAcc admission process as well as serving as the primary administrative assistant for the MAcc and BBA programs and communicating via phone, email, and in person with individuals who contact the programs. - Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., preparation of written communications, filing, answering phone and email inquiries, room/event scheduling, etc.) for the undergraduate and graduate program directors (BBA, MAcc, and MPAcc), and the accounting school's undergraduate and graduate programs' office.
- Assist Tull student services coordinator with social media and related program marketing and communications efforts.
- Assist with promotional products and services for the Tull School.
- Direct flow of students and visitors through the program office
- Maintain inventory of office supplies for the program office
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Percentage of time 35 Duties/Responsibilities Assistance with Admissions and MAcc Operations
- Assist with compilation of MAcc & MPAcc application documents from Slate for review by the admissions committees each semester.
- Assist with administration of graduate assistantship awards and scholarship awards, under the direction of the MAcc & MPAcc program coordinators.
- Assist MAcc & MPAcc program coordinators with scheduling advising appointments, gathering advising data, student communications, etc.
- Assist MAcc/MPAcc director and BBA director with scheduling appointments, collection of administrative data, and basic Tull communications (internal and external)
Percentage of time 35 Duties/Responsibilities Interaction with Outside Stakeholders
- Assist Tull with compilation of data for accreditation and assessment efforts as well as with the preparation of accreditation and accreditation reports, as needed.
- Assist with recruiter database and interactions between the programs office and employers/recruiters.
Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities Assistance with Departmental Events
- Assist MAcc & MPAcc program coordinators with organization and execution of student orientation programming each semester, as needed.
- Assist with administrative aspects of Meet the Firms, Tull Career Fair, Alumni Events, Tull Golf Tournament, and Tull Awards Banquet, and other Tull events each academic year, including communication with and registration of employers and students for both events, as needed.
- Assist with the development, planning, and execution of new departmental events at the request of the Director of the Tull School.
