About Biostate AI, Inc.

Biostate.AI aims to build a foundational model of biology that can predict the evolution of health and disease. For each subject, Biostate 's neural network will use past multiomic state information to predict future multiomic states, which in turn can be used to classify future disease states. Biostate's ultimate goal is to improve human health span, and proximally can facilitate biopharma drug development through accurate prediction of toxicology in preclinical research.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team. This role will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, assist with administrative tasks, and support various departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update files, databases, and company records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Office Coordination & Logistics:

  • Oversee office supplies and snacks inventory and coordinates with vendors for restocking.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.

Event Planning & Special Projects:

  • Help organize company events, team-building activities, and department meetings.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer service mindset.
