Job Description :

This Admin Associate position encompasses all of the following responsibilities listed below and also requires the person to have the ability to master other responsibilities that are Georgia Crown specific:

  • Checking/reconciliation of invoices.
  • Posting Checks
  • Matching bar codes to invoices and scanning invoices electronically.
  • Collections
  • Answering calls for switchboard and customer service.
  • Greeting guests at the front door.
  • Maintain reports specific to business.
  • Maintaining Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Data Entry
  • Sales Support
  • Basic Administrative and Clerical duties(filing, faxing, telephone communication and using a calculator).
  • Willing to cross train into other areas.
  • Other job related duties assigned.
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 year customer service preferred
  • 1 years A/R experience preferred.
  • 1 year collection experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency to include but not limited to: Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Oral and written skills
  • Willing to cross train in all areas
