Reed College seeks an Administrative Coordinator to provide general customer service and administrative support to the Center for Life Beyond Reed (CLBR). CLBR is a seven-person team and provides advising and resources to students and alumni for help with career, fellowships, and graduate school. This role reports to the Associate Director of Data and Systems and sits at the front desk in the office lobby.

This is a full-time, overtime eligible role with work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Pay for this position starts at $21.50 - 23.54 per hour. Starting rates of pay are contingent upon experience and are determined through an internal pay assessment. This is a non-exempt position on grade 4.

What You'll Do
* Respond to emails and answer phone calls
* Serve as liaison with technical support staff for office equipment
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes at meetings, and archive proceedings
* Assist in preparation of reports and presentations and aid in budgeting process
* Inventory and order office supplies
* Process receipts and reimbursement forms
* Assist in program planning and development and support tracking and implementation of team goals for inclusion and equity
* Maintain department website, and coordinate email and social media marketing for CLBR activities
* Coach and mentor student workers to support administrative duties
* Communicate and coordinate with Alumni Relations regarding alumni volunteer support and activity
* Coordinate student curricular training program, including communication with students, employers, and Registrar
* Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in customer service or performing administrative duties
