Our client, an industrial heating technology and resistance materials firm, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in their Palm Coast, FL:
The administrative support person will be tasked with performing the following activities:
- Verify the document number/revision level in Compliant Pro against the saved version on the Company network (word/excel)
- Organize the word/excel version of the document on the document Company network for retrieval purposes
- Where a word/excel file does not exist, e.g. the procedure is not an attachment such as a word or excel document, it is typed into the document control database itself, to create a word or excel version in order to allow it to be uploaded to Canea One
- Capture and save the change history of each document in Compliant Pro in an organized manner
- Capture and save employee training records for each document in Compliant Pro in an organized manner
- Using the word/excel files, populate into the Canea One document template
- Upload document templates into Canea One
Requirements:
What is required of the person:
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work on a computer 8 hours per day.
- Ability to save files and organize in proper folders
- Ability to create word/excel documents where they do not exist, e.g. typed into document control system
- Populate templates
- Upload templates
- Follow instructions, ask questions where unsure
Other:
- The administrator will be located within an office environment.
Assignments, tasks, and deadlines will be assigned and established by the project leader
