HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

Provides administrative support for the Exec Director/Facilities and the Plant Engineering (department 8060) and Parking Deck (department 8074).

* Answers telephones

* Greets visitors and customers with courtesy and respect

* Disseminates information

* Maintains filing systems

* Maintains office supplies and equipment

* Creates databases, inputs and merges data

* Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety

* Participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety

* Performs duties professionally and proficiently while supporting day-to-day Plant Engineering and Parking Deck operations.

Reports:

* Executive Director Facilities

Supervises:

* None

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience:

* Two (2) years of job-related experience is required.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

* No license required; however, experience with data base systems and phone etiquette experience is preferred.
