We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential support to the Chief Operating Officer's office and the Retail Banking Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping improve operational efficiencies within the Bank. Responsibilities: Prepare meeting agendas for department meetings Create and manage monthly reports Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and presentations Track and manage referrals within the department Cover the reception desk as needed Audit sales results and generate detailed sales reports Produce CRM reports to track key performance indicators Demonstrate exceptional responsiveness to internal and external customer needs, applying sound judgment in decision-making Work on various projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies Education & Experience: Associate s degree (A.
