Job Summary and QualificationsThe Administrative Director of Clinical Education is responsible for the development, management and delivery of designated service line clinical education, including educational aspects related to nursing orientation, clinical in-service and continuing professional education. The primary goal of this position is to improve patient care, including the patient experience, through nursing and clinical staff education. The Administrative Director of Clinical Education will participate in the development of the strategy, structure, methodology and evaluation of clinical education and competency assessment that is consistent with HCAs clinical agenda. This position demonstrates a high degree of responsibility, accountability and autonomy.
