This is a one year opportunity designed to create various leadership development opportunities through project work and interim leadership roles. Project selection will be a collaborative approach between the co-preceptors and Administrative Fellow. This role will also have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the system and attend executive level leadership meetings.Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p
- Temporary position from July 2025 to July 2026
Pay and Benefits:
- Salaried rate of $71,000/year

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. (Must have obtained Master's degree by July 2025 start date)
Core Functions:
- Shadow and mentorship opportunities with C-Level leaders and governance functions, roles, meetings, etc.
- Participate in projects related to strategic planning/deployment, various hospital and clinical operational projects.
- Lead and participate in project management.
- May provide direct service line leadership responsibilities on an interim basis.
- May gain exposure to rural health administration.
