Administrative/Human Resources AssistantPasadena, CA$20 - $24 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questionsAssist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operationsConducts audits of HR program and recommends corrective actionAssists with on boarding and processing of terminationsAssist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programsFiles documents in appropriate employee filesPrepares correspondence as requiredPerforms other related duties
