Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff • Streamline systems and processes to improve efficiency • Ensure accurate implementation of office policies and procedures • Manage inventory tracking and ordering for office and dealership supplies • Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to optimize workflow • Analyze data and metrics to drive operational improvements • Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in office management, preferably in the power sports or automotive industry • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage team members • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software • Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making • Familiarity with brands like Kubota, Polaris, Scag, and Honda is a plus Compensation: $48,000 + Bonus
