Serves as designee in the absence of Nurse Executive and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, Directors, and Managers. Directs, evaluates, and supervises activities, programs, projects and personnel that achieve hospital goals in accordance with hospital policy, The Joint Commission standards, Title XXII and California regulations.Job Requirements, Prerequisites and Essential Functions:EDUCATIONGraduate of an accredited nursing programBachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Management preferredEXPERIENCEThree (3) years of acute care clinical experience with recent and progressively more responsible leadership and management experience.LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONSRegistered Nurse Required at hireBasic Life Support Required within 90 days of hireIntegrative Agitation Management (IAM) Required within 30 days of hirePREREQUISITE SKILLS1.
