The Tri-County Technical College Business and Public Services Division is seeking collaborative, energetic, and innovative Administrative Office Technology Adjunct Instructors. Reporting to the Business Administration Department Head, successful candidates will teach Administrative Office Technology courses using systematically planned and delivered instruction for the program; maintain records of student academic progress and attendance, evaluate level of achievement, and assign grades for the program. Classes are offered during the day, evening, and at various Tri-County Technical College community campuses within Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The successful candidate should be willing to teach day or evening classes in various formats ( in-person, online, or virtual). The Spring 2025 Semester begins on January 2nd. This role is a part-time, non-benefited role. Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Education. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree or 2 years industry work experience in addition to Bachelor's Degree. Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience in a community college; successful experience using a variety of active and collaborative learning strategies; experience implementing innovative assessments to measure student learning; and a demonstrated track record showing regular professional development around their teaching and the discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach day classes on-site at one of our upstate campuses. These courses will not be offered online.
