South Umpqua School District is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our district. This position plays a critical role in supporting district administration, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and facilitating efficient operations for the superintendent and school board.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' Experience as an administrative assistant in a school setting
3 years of experience with student information systems
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity of school district policies, procedures, & guidelines as outlined by Oregon law.
Understanding of laws including Open Meeting Law, FERPA, Fair Dismissal, Oregon public meetings and records laws
Awareness of school functions and organizational structure
Knowledge of working with parliamentary procedure and Robert's Rules of Order.
Experience with records retention, office administration and office management procedures.
Strong customer service and office etiquette procedures.
Ability to effectively use computers, productivity software/applications, cloud-based tools/services, social media platforms, and other digital tools utilized by the District.
Experience with school-based governance
Work flexible hours that may include nights and weekends
Salary Range: $60,051-$83,124 (Depending on experience)
