Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review ~50 requisitions weekly (50%)
- Analyze departmental budgets and prepare financial reports (30%)
- Coordinate with departments and manage procurement communications (20%)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service abilities

- Municipal government background

Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite & Teams
