Base Pay $19.07

Associate's degree preferred. High school level of knowledge and a two year secretarial degree or equivalent training/work experience. Three years secretarial experience. Demonstrated progressive administrative experience required. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software, with minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Ability to compose correspondence and proof assignments to ensure accuracy of documents. High quality and/or quantity of typing, grammar and composition of correspondence. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. Detail attentiveness required. Ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making. Previous experience in a health care environment preferred. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures and to simultaneously handles multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy. Professional maturity that daily sets the tone in carrying out the responsibilities of the position. High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality. Ability to recall and manage large amounts of information. Ability to work with individuals in a tactful diplomatic manner that enhances the image of the office. Must be able to set assignment priorities and work independently with a minimum amount of supervision to complete tasks within a specified period of time.
