In this role, you will be the key person ensuring the Transit department operates smoothly behind the scenes while delivering outstanding customer service.

Acting as the right-hand to the Transit Director and the administrative backbone of the team, you will manage complex calendars, prepare crucial City Council agenda items, and handle travel arrangements-all while effortlessly managing multiple priorities. You will be the liaison between citizens, high-level officials, and the Transit department, addressing everything from customer complaints to correspondence with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will extend beyond typical clerical tasks to include facilitating meetings, coordinating special projects, and maintaining essential records.
