Company Overview: Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label charcoal, manufactured fire logs, fire building products, matches and toothpicks.In addition, the Company also manufactures railroad cross ties, which strengthens our relationship with our suppliers in the charcoal business.We offer a full suite of grilling products including charcoal briquettes, all-natural lump charcoal, fire starters along with the Pine Mountain fire building brand, the Diamond brand, and the Specialty Wood Products brand. Position Summary: In this key role, the candidate will manage daily plant administrative activities related to employee onboarding, post-hire interviews, industry compliance, monthly reporting, payroll, employee relations, and employee exit processes with direction from corporate HR management. Job Responsibilities:
- All administrative duties within the facility.
- Facilitate new team member setup, onboarding, and documentation.
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation, new hire packages and relevant company training programs for all new hires.
- Responsible for daily hours reconciling, daily and weekly hours reporting, entering daily hours for payroll submission.
- Follows proper procedure for reporting job-related injuries and follow up with the support center as necessary.
- Support station management in creating a positive employee relations environment. Motivate personnel in a manner that effectively promotes good morale, housekeeping, and high productivity.
- Provide excellent customer service to team members including multiple walks throughout the plant facility daily.
- Responsible for processing of all AP for the facility with corporate assistance.
- Distribute approved materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions.
- Work with Human Resources Team to ensure the company remains compliant with federal requirements in the areas of EEO, OSHA, FLSA, DOL.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required.
- Strong/measurable organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Education:
- High School Diploma/ GED required.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit at workstation approximately 20% of work day.
- Ability to stand/walk approximately 80% of work day.
- Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice.
- Casual office and manufacturing environment; travel is by vehicle or commercial transportation.
