Administrative Specialist - Brand Coordination General Summary & Scope Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from core category teams. Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings. Ensure accurate maintenance of SKUs according to Merchant's discretion, including requests for shelf tags and description changes. Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, inputting all SKUs and finalizing with the pricing team. Execute marketing sign requests and proofing, maintaining organized product samples and digital assets for accuracy. Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing SKU coding changes. Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk inquiries with proactive solutions. Provide administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as necessary.
