DutiesAt the full performance level, major duties include:
- Maintains tracking data related to detail assignments, commission status, Technical Evaluation test dates/scores, transfers, rotational/return right positions, and monitors reports on Examiner progression tracking and appointment tenure dates.
- Initiates job requisitions for vacancy announcements and initiates and reviews personnel actions for conversions, reassignments, promotions, resignations, retirements, etc.
- Coordinates the pre-exit clearance process for departing and transferring employees and coordinates the region's Examiner Credentialing Tracking System
- Assists RAS in providing direct advice and guidance to the Administrative Assistant Regional Director (AARD), senior management, and other supervisors throughout the region on various policy and procedural aspects of administrative programs.
- Assists in overseeing the region's incentive award expenditures; prepares and distributes monthly award budget reports for each supervisor and senior management.
- Transacts expenditures using a corporate procurement credit card and convenience checks, and performs monthly reconciliation of these expenditures.

QualificationsQualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
