We are searching for Administrative Specialist I on behalf our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2). The person will be responsible for managing all administrative activities for an IT group. Departmental and certain administration support for the staff. The general support required includes traditional administrative activities including managing calendars, setting up meeting dates and securing locations, facilities coordination and support, general correspondence, and expense account submittals. The person will be supporting and providing administrative support directly to executives. Employees in this role exercise confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.Location: Juno Beach, FL 334081 yr. contract assignment. (W-2)
Job Duties & Responsibilities - Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail
- Manages schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and processes expense reports
- Maintains strict confidentiality and effectively and willingly adjusts to changes in priority and direction
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications High School Grad / GED
- Experience:4+ years
- Strong written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-starting acts independently when appropriate.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
