Job Title: Administrative SpecialistWork Location: Houston, TXDuration: 4 month contract with option to extend or hireJob Description & Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, works within a specialized function with work verified on an as needed basis.
- Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and service orders.
- Writes routine reports and correspondence.
- Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Requires 4-5 years of experience.
- Top 3 skills:
- Experience with SAP and/or Ariba systems
- Comfortable with excel
- Comfortable with full MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills - will be working with multi-functions and entire NAL team
- Must be able to multi-task - juggle multiple priorities
- Must have a valid driver's license
