Job Description :

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Assist lab staff with grant application coordination, including development, submission, and management.
  • Maintain and update project timelines and checklists, ensuring timely submission of progress reports, performance metrics, and financial documents.
  • Develop budgets and compile necessary documents; review expenditure reports and provide regular updates to the Lab Grants Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with small teams via email, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
  • Attend CDC, FDA, and HHS webinars for program updates.
  • Coordinate non-laboratory grants for Clinical and Laboratory Operations Divisions, including ELC, TB COAG, EIP, and NARMS.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in budgeting and grant management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
