Must be proficient in AIMS Software and located on-site to handle any in-office situations that may arise. Purchasing and procurement regulation involving marketplace, and business objects. Web reconciliations are to be generated in regards to deposit transmittal and payroll deduction reports. Will help conduct and organize transportation reservation and billing. Cash handling and updating PCI requirements and trainingResponsibilities
  • Preparing daily deposits for transmittal
  • Filing and Organization
  • Handling and transferring clients to the correct correspondence relaying through email, in-person, or phone
  • Generate AIMS software reports and data
  • Perform data entry
  • Manage customer billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounting functions
  • Assist in creating reservations and quotes for bus charters and generating quotes
  • Will work closely with business operational manager
  • Web reconciliation involving purchased permits, citations, student accounts and payroll deduction on both campuses
  • Purchase and procurement services involving marketplace and business objects
  • Cash handling
  • PCI training
Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Experience
  • AIMS software operations
  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary $18.12 - $22.21 This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.Required Documents to Attach
