The ideal candidate will work within a team-centered environment to meet ourcommitment to serving Kentucky's Veterans.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides professional support to the Administrator, Assistant Administrator, and the Human Resource Department in developing, implementing and maintain various programs and projects.
  • Plans and organizes administrative functions for the Administrator, Assistant Administrator.
  • Provides administrative support for facility leadership and supervisory staff as well as providing guidance related to policy interpretation to employees and staff.
  • Communicates frequently with other staff, residents, and visitors for instructions and information.
  • Assists Human Resources with time entry into KHRIS for employee base of 160 employees and performs statistical analyses as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
