Position Summary

At the School of Health Profession's Research Collaborative, we are guided by our belief that people working together can create better access and outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to lead our administrative staff and ensure efficient operations.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of all staff. This position includes handling human resources functions, such as employee support, communication, training, and engagement, to foster a productive and supportive work environment. The Administrative Supervisor will directly supervise and support administrative staff in their day-to-day operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Ensure the daily productivity, facility management, and effective operation of the department.

* Manage employee training, engagement, productivity, and performance evaluations.

* Oversee staffing requirements and address the department's staffing needs.

* Supervise all administrative staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.

* Manage work schedules and delegate special projects as needed.

* Update and implement processes and manuals to enhance workflow and improve the quality of work.

* Handle confidential human resources information and issues with discretion.

* Perform general administrative duties to support the department.

* Serve as the liaison to the School of Health Professions Human Resources department.

* Oversee the professional development of support staff, recommending training and classes to address areas for improvement

* Collaborate with the financial team to support department purchasing, reconcile purchase card transactions, and process travel reimbursements.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Annual Salary Range: $45,395 - $73,770

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
