Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position involves providing administrative support to the quoting department, which includes extracting information from customer documentation and inputting it into the quoting system (Oracle).
- Also, inputting raw and finished goods part numbers, as well as creating and managing bills of materials and routers with the ERP system.
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Windows and MS Office, with experience in MS Visio being a plus. Additionally, experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are also important for this role.
