Job Summary:
Greet OSU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic clients and visitors. Schedule appointments with clients utilizing the electronic medical record system and receive phone messages. Perform secretarial duties for the clinic. Purchase therapy supplies from Walmart (food for therapy) and issue temporary parking permits. Will serve as liaison between OSU SLH Clinic and medical facilities, new patients and other entities. Keep all areas clean and neat. Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs. (example: a box of paper) , assist with appropriate routine messenger tasks.

High School diploma/GED. Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree and two to four years of clerical and/or customer service experience with at least one year in a medical office setting checking in patients and updating patient records.
