The Administrative Support is responsible for the overall coordination of the clerical operations for the Care Group Team. Performs complex and diversified projects in support of the activities for the assigned areas. Qualifications Education/ Regulatory Requirements:High school or the equivalent preferred. If level 2 must a) Associate Degree in related area and minimum of 3 years' experience in business office. b) Proficient with healthcare terminology. Skills:One year experience working in business office and/or hospital unit, preferable. Ability to type 45 correct words per minute. Mastery of essential office skills, superior organization, and effective communicator. Must have basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry - excel spreadsheet experience a plus. Professional Requirements:Impeccable customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
