POSITION TITLE: Administrative Support JOB PURPOSE: Provide comprehensive and advanced administrative support to Procurement & Supply Chain Leadership. KEY FUNCTRIONS:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications.
- Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic filing systems.
- Input and update data in various systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with preparation of reports.
- Assist with processing invoices.
- Provide administrative support for various projects.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and other group members.
- Facilitate the resolution of questions, requests, and inquiries, and route documentation appropriately and completely.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration.
- Minimum of three years of Administrative Assistant experience.
- Proficiency in the latest MS Office suite and database software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to arrive at effective solutions independently.
