Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Customer Service Representative working remotely (must be in EST or CT time zone)!**

Pay rate: $23 - $25/hr (Dependent on experience)

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 7a - 4p or 8a-5p EST

Our ideal candidate must be able to:

+ Follow the established process standards related to the selection and distribution of ancillaries

+ Uses SalesForce.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite to complete tasks, track, and implement projects and initiatives

+ Maintain a Product Database of all sourced materials including photos, instructions, manuals, license requirements, etc., on a continual basis

+ Engage with the Business Development team and customers to gain a detailed understanding of clinical trial requirements

+ Translate these needs into a Project Workbook which will be used to build the solution and strategies

+ Collaborates with various teams, including Business Development Managers (BDM), regulatory, distribution, Client Services, Project Management, Quotations, and Procurement

Education/Certification Requirements:

+ Bachelors degree required (Life Sciences) or equivalent experience (Healthcare)

Experience requirements:

+ 1+ years of laboratory/medical device supply, clinical trials, pharma or healthcare experience required

+ Strong computer skills

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Analytical and problem-solving skills

Note:

**This is a remote role, must reside in EST or CT time zones.**

**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
