Administrative Support Specialist - Brand Management General Summary & Scope Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams. Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings. Maintain SKU accuracy per Merchant's discretion, handling shelf tag requests and description changes. Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, ensuring all SKUs are input accurately. Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials, maintaining accurate digital assets and product samples. Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing markdowns. Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk inquiries with solutions. Provide general administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as needed.
