We are currently working with a successful, family-owned audiology company with offices across Wisconsin that's seeking a motivated candidate to lead their administrative team and operations related to patient scheduling and phone communications. The role can work onsite at any of their 5 office locations in Mauston, La Crosse, Wesby, Fitchburg, or Green Bay.What's the role?The Administrative Team Leader guides and supports the receptionist team. This key role offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions, ensure exceptional client experiences, and contribute to our growing company including:
- Lead and mentor a team of front desk receptionists across 5 locations.
- Oversee administrative functions, including phone systems, client communications, and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure seamless operations by maintaining high standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Utilize and train others in our Electronic Records Management (ERM) system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Participate in the client's Level Up Program, where results-driven success is rewarded with earning potential.

Training is provided for the right candidate who demonstrates the motivation and drive to succeed in this role.What will my schedule look like?This role works onsite clinic hours Monday through Thursday 8 am-5:00 pm and 8 am-2:00 pm Fridays with a half-hour lunch break.
